1. Acceptance of Terms

By using IntelliumLabs services, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

IntelliumLabs provides custom AI workflow automation services through subscription plans. We build, deploy, and maintain automated workflows for your business.

3. Subscription Plans

• Starter ($297/month): 1 custom workflow, email support
• Professional ($797/month): 3 workflows, priority support, API access
• Enterprise ($1497/month): Unlimited workflows, dedicated implementation

4. Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments processed securely through Stripe
• No refunds for partial months
• You may cancel at any time (effective next billing cycle)

5. Limitation of Liability

IntelliumLabs liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
